For 20 years, Christophe Puyodebat, master artisan chocolatier, has forged a know-how over the years and the pitfalls. He wants to share his passion for this Grand Cru chocolate with his customers.

He is surrounded by a team that seeks to surpass themselves to obtain quality chocolate: dark chocolate or fruit ganaches, crispy pralines, as well as presentations of colorful and original boxes of chocolates to offer.

Tantalize your taste buds, discover and taste the fabulous Craquinettes (both melting and crispy praline chocolate, coated in Breton lace crepe), the Pures Origines dark chocolates for a taste journey around the world to discover the regional flavors, the essential Rocailles, Mendiants, Orangettes and other fruity flavors coated with chocolate, not to mention the dark chocolate ganache 64% cocoa with Espelette pepper. Little gourmets will appreciate the milk chocolate candies, the original subjects, pralines with gianduja.

The Cambo-les-Bains Chocolate Museum traces the history of chocolate craftsmanship in the Basque Country and in particular in Cambo-les-Bains. You will discover the ancestral know-how of the artisan chocolate maker in the Basque Country, the machines for grinding the cocoa bean, the chocolate stones, the tools, the chocolate molds, the old chocolate boxes, the promotional items, the old crockery (copper chocolate pots, porcelain and "mustache" cups). End the visit with a tasting of Grand Cru chocolates. Be greedy !

The novelty of this year, on the occasion of the Chocolate Factory's 20th anniversary, is the opening of a chocolate fair in Bayonne !
