Laia Chocolate Factory is the custodian of a true chocolate tradition in the inner Basque Country and in the Baïgorry Valley. It is one of the last artisanal chocolate factories to make its products directly from the cocoa bean.
The selection of raw materials is rigorous. Our dried cocoa beans come from the noblest origins of cocoa: Central America, South America and Africa.
The direct treatment of the cocoa bean allows us to manufacture the chocolate cover and gives birth to great chocolate vintages.
