On a group visit

Guided group tour of the Bayonne Arena by reservation for groups of 15 or more. This guided tour retraces the memories of the Bayonne Arena in several stages.

It is run by two professionals, a historian and a bullfighting specialist.

On a guided tour

A guide will tell you about the bullfighting tradition of Bayonne and show you the architecture of the Plaza de Toros, built in 1893. A bullfighting specialist will then reveal the keys to understanding this world by sharing the spirit of the place with you.

Price: 13 euros - Free for children under 12.

Organized by ESPRIT TAURIN.

The International Meeting of Popular Bullfights showcases the best Spanish, French, and Portuguese specialists in bullfighting known as "A Cuerpo Limpio." They will face off against cows, novillos, and bulls in challenges such as Recorte, Quiebros, Sauts, Roscaderos, Forcados, "las Anillas," and the traditional Portuguese "Forcaon."

Emotion, risk and courage are some of the characteristics of this popular event.
