  Visit with a guide. Access to a tower by stairs. Need to check out at the local tourist office first! So call ahead to visit. No shades so I would not recommend to visit when it's hot.

  It has been one of the best guided tours we have taken. The castle ruins are very beautiful and the surroundings are second to none, but what really made our visit incredible was the guide. His passion for explaining the history of the castle, the effort he made in explaining it to us in Spanish, making the visit in French and Spanish for us has proven to be a great professional and great person, thank you very much.10/08/23

  Victim of a fire in 1796, the Bidache castle remains today in ruins. The exterior visit is free, and a paid guided tour is possible at certain times of the year. The ruins are ideal for photography. The place allows you to take a nice break along the A64.
