I had an exceptional experience at the Artiga boutique in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. I was greeted by an incredibly professional young woman named Najma, who was a great listener and offered truly invaluable advice. She took the time to understand my needs, and thanks to her kindness, a remote sale went perfectly, in addition to my purchases in the boutique. Artiga is a wonderful brand, offering items that combine quality, elegance, and modernity. We've been shopping with them for many years and have never been disappointed by their products, which are remarkably durable. I've made several purchases in recent months at the Saint-Jean-de-Luz store, both for myself and as gifts. I agree with the previous reviews: Najma is incredibly kind. She has always given me a warm and welcoming smile and excellent advice. She knows all the items they offer very well and provides all the information you could possibly need. She takes personal tastes into account, accurately identifies needs, and doesn't hesitate to search for and order items if they aren't in stock, making shopping easier. She goes above and beyond in communicating and processing orders and making changes, which is truly appreciated and rare. These many qualities make a real difference and foster customer loyalty!
