  After two unanswered emails from September 30 and October 17, the details of which are as follows: I am writing to you today to inform you of a problem with a pair of size 36 espadrilles purchased on August 15th. I realize the problem only this week because I am only starting to wear them. I am attaching photos for more understanding. Indeed, on the pair, one shoe is smaller than the other despite the indication of size 36. Also the cut on the top of the foot is shorter. We regularly visit your shop every year to renew our espadrilles and at the same time make gifts for our children. Being from Brittany, I cannot come to see you. Would it be possible for you to send me an identical pair. Looking forward to hearing from you and thanking you in advance for the consideration of this email.

  Excellent little quality sneaker shop. My wife buys there every 2/3 years to change models and colors. I tried this year but unfortunately none of the sizes fit me. I'm just not cut out =) Smiling and warm welcome.
