    • Located in the heart of Beasain, this restaurant preserves its traditional essence while evolving towards a warmer and more contemporary atmosphere. In this new stage, Iñigo Urkiola takes over an emblematic establishment, inaugurated in 1989.

      Its menu, made with seasonal produce, offers delicacies such as natural artichokes with fresh garlic and Iberian ham, or fresh Navarre asparagus with vinaigrette. Fresh grilled fish, such as sea bream or turbot, as well as the unmissable aged rib of beef, have become the signature of this welcoming asador.
