Asador Urkiola Traditional restaurant and passion for grilling in Beasain

Located in the heart of Beasain, this restaurant preserves its traditional essence while evolving towards a warmer, more contemporary atmosphere. In this new chapter, Iñigo Urkiola takes over an iconic establishment, first opened in 1989.

Its menu, crafted from seasonal produce, offers delicacies such as natural artichokes with fresh garlic and Iberian ham, or fresh asparagus from Navarre with vinaigrette. Fresh grilled fish, like sea bream or turbot, as well as the ever-popular aged rib-eye steak, have become the signature of this welcoming asador.
