The famous Mariñela terrace restaurant in the port of San Sebastián, now run by the young Iñaki Azkue Esnal, offers you a seasonal fish menu with an exclusive view of the port and the bay of San Sebastián.
Iñaki trained at the Basque Culinary Center and worked in two temples of seafood cuisine: Ángel León's three-Michelin-starred Aponiente in Cádiz and Elkano in Getaria, world-renowned for its grills. It is therefore not surprising that fish is the product that Iñaki masters perfectly and that on his grills we find both sea bream and turbot as well as other seasonal species.
