    I came on a Sunday morning for brunch with two friends. Cozy atmosphere, excellent acoustics, breathtaking view, tables spaced far apart, superb service, and the highlight: a delicious and varied all-you-can-eat buffet, something for everyone! I highly recommend it.

    Extremely disappointed… I regularly stay at your Okko hotels, and each stay is always pleasant. (And several times at this one!) But this time, it was the complete opposite. The person I spoke to on the phone when booking was incredibly unfriendly, and I won't spoil the surprise for you. When I arrived at reception, I could see the unmistakable face and the feeling that I was bothering them. There was absolutely no friendliness, and a smile seemed to be an extra charge… (Luckily, Lisa, who is new to the hotel, improved things considerably; thank you to her!) As for the room, I was unlucky; the shower door wouldn't close and kept opening by itself. A real shame.
