    Check-in is on the 9th floor with a very slow elevator. I'm given a room that's already occupied. The hotel is new but already very run-down.

    The room was quiet, but the highlight was definitely the lounge/rooftop area, and the complimentary coffee/tea and snacks available at any time. Breakfast was very good. Parking was available on the surrounding streets, and the proximity to the beach made for a quick stay.
