Canyoning is an incredible activity that combines physical skill with the pleasure of navigating a canyon. More than just a water adventure, Sébastien will introduce you to the sport through excursions tailored to your desires and energy level, including:

• Half-day introductory sessions to gently learn about short rappels and natural water slides
• Full days to experience a few intense hours on a more challenging course (recommended for ages 10 and up)

Eau Sud Canyoning: Some information to know before you go

You don't need to be an experienced athlete to venture into the heart of a canyon, especially if you're with Sébastien! Passionate about adventure and extraordinary experiences, he invites you to share his favorite sport in the gorges and canyons of the sublime Holzarte Valley in Larrau, and the Kakouetta Valley in Sainte Engrâce. The only things you need to bring are a few items such as closed-toe shoes (he emphasizes this point), a swimsuit, and a picnic if you're going for the whole day. After a few safety instructions and a briefing for the day, Sébastien will equip you with a wetsuit, helmet, and harness before leading you to the starting point. Please note that some sites involve walking on forest tracks.
