  Terrible experience, appalling and arrogant service. They made several mistakes and not only failed to offer any solution or answer the phone number listed on their website, but they didn't even bother to apologize. Appalling.   Appalling service, both in-store and by phone. They never answer, and when someone finally picks up, they don't offer any explanation. They constantly make mistakes, pile up errors, and, to top it all off, offer no solutions. A frankly disappointing and completely unacceptable experience.

  We bought some shoes, they gave us two wrong sizes, we kept calling to have them send us the correct size so we wouldn't have to go back, but they kept hanging up on us. We went to the store and didn't even get an apology. Terrible service.
