Our welcome point, the Gold Coast surf shop, created in 1982 with its experience, invites you all year round to evolve on the Hendaye site, beginners as well as confirmed. Pedagogues and experienced, all our instructors are state qualified in surfing and holders of the national patent for surveillance and rescue. They will share their passion for skiing with you.
Our surf school has the "quality" label of the French Surfing Federation and is committed to respecting its quality charter. We are registered with the Departmental Directorate of Youth and Sport, and we have an authorization to teach the activity on the beach of Hendaye and Saint Jean de Luz.
Our surf school offers you:- Surf, stand up paddle, longboard or bodyboard courses
- Group and private lessons
- Introductory and advanced courses
- Equipment rental
Participants are picked up from the school. We provide you with showers and changing rooms, and individual lockers. You have direct access to the beach and a bus stop and car park are right next to the school.
Adapted to each level and each morphology which will facilitate your progress. You will be equipped with quality suits (Brand O'Neill, Hurley and Madness) which are disinfected after each use (BACTERLESS product). Educational passports will be given to you by the FFS at the end of the course as well as a school license.
