Since 1938, quality as a tradition !
3rd generation at the head of this family company, we are committed to preserving the values that have been passed on to us: always faithful to Amatxi's recipes (our grandmother). Our products are manufactured using quality raw materials, competent and rigorous personnel at our historic site in Souraïde.
In 2017, our work was rewarded at the general agricultural competition in Paris, we obtained the bronze medal for our " Pâté de foie de porc confit ".
Distinction at the Basque Country pudding competition organised by the Ciboure Festival Committee.
