Nestled in Ainhoa, in the heart of the Basque Country, in one of the most beautiful villages in France, we, SEGIDA, have been producing Piment d'Espelette AOP since 1998 ; indeed, we manage the product cycle, from the seed to the final product : Piment de Espelette AOP.

Heirs of a family tradition, we have been cultivating since 1998 the love and passion for working the land ; in fact, we produce Piment d'Espelette certified by an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC, the only spice labelled in France), in accordance with ancestral traditions; we process, package and market on our farm.

Multiple times awarded at the Paris International Agricultural Show, the excellence of SEGIDA chilli pepper is now acclaimed beyond borders, by the great names in gastronomy and fine gourmets.
