From now on, Aldabia welcomes you to a shop open to the public, adjoining their new workshops in Ossès. You will discover their farm-raised poultry from the Basque Country, whole or cut, as well as their range of homemade canned poultry. In particular, their Basque Chicken, Poultry Rillettes with Espelette Pepper, Chicken in a Pot and Chicken Axoa. Aldabia also offers a fresh section with various cooked dishes and local specialties. Finally, a nice selection of local and gourmet products completes the offer of this new shop.
Aldabia welcomes you at the entrance to the village of Ossès on the road to St-Jean-Pied-de-Port. Shop open every day of the week (Seasonal opening hours can be found at www.aldabia.fr )
