From now on, Aldabia welcomes you to a shop open to the public, adjoining their new workshops in Ossès. You will discover their farm-raised poultry from the Basque Country, whole or cut, as well as their range of homemade canned poultry. In particular, their Basque Chicken, Poultry Rillettes with Espelette Pepper, Chicken in a Pot and Chicken Axoa. Aldabia also offers a fresh section with various cooked dishes and local specialties. Finally, a nice selection of local and gourmet products completes the offer of this new shop.
