Belaun Savor the meats, charcuterie and farm-cured products of the Aldudes Valley

Nestled in the heart of the iconic Aldudes Valley with breathtaking natural landscapes, Belaun is a cooperative of breeders recognized for their expertise in breeding and farm processing.

Founded in 2010 by seven farmers from the Valley, Belaun was born from their shared desire to produce their own products from their farms.

It is therefore in a collective workshop that meats, charcuterie and cured meats are meticulously prepared.

Here the key words are quality, naturalness and taste ! Made without any preservatives and following ancestral farm recipes, each product is a reflection of its terroir.

The farmers are all from and live in the villages of the Valley: St Etienne de Baigorry, Banca, Aldudes, and Urepel. Their farms benefit from an exceptional environment in the heart of the mountains, surrounded by natural meadows, heathland, and oak and chestnut forests.

At Belaun, the choice is clear: we work with old local breeds (Basque pig, black-headed Manex sheep and Pirenaika cow) and we are committed to the Kintoa PDO, Kintoa Ham, the Ossau Iraty PDO, and the Harpea Basque cow approach, to guarantee the quality of the products.

Hours of operation :

• From January 1st to the end of April, Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.
• From May 1st to the end of October, Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm.
• From November 1st to the end of December, Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.
