"Mahatsa". "Raisin" in Basque. Quite simply.
Already the tone is set...in Adrien's cellar you'll find only wines from winemakers who don't use chemicals, synthetic products or other junk! Only grapes, passion and respect for the terroir!
We feature wines from the Pays Basque, both north and south, as well as from the finest appellations in France and Europe, all of them organic, biodynamic or natural.
Champagne wines, spirits and beers complete the cellar's 300 or so references.
The cellar is also a place for the "Arts", with monthly painting exhibitions and vernissages, as well as a "vinyl box" where you can buy records or just borrow them to listen to at home! A few books on wine are also available.
As you can see, "Mahatsa" is more than just an independent wine cellar: it's a place for living, sharing and meeting people.We look forward to seeing you there!
