Since 2010, Sébastien Juanicotena has had a knack for selecting wine gems with a single credo: authenticity and commitment.

Sébastien loves his job as much as he loves the Les Halles district where he grew up. And it shows.

Initially a haven for Spanish wines (300 unique labels), the wine shop expanded in 2016 to include organic, biodynamic, and natural French wines. Located opposite the market, in the former premises of my mother's beauty salon, the shop offers a warm welcome and expert advice. As a result, it's always bustling.

Today, it is a must-see destination for amateurs and professionals in search of discoveries.

And in 2025? OUR SELECTION takes things a step further and becomes AMAZING! A lively neighborhood, a bright and welcoming atmosphere… All the ingredients are there to make you want to extend your visit. You can also come back for the tasting evenings organized for the general public and businesses.
