Since 2010, Sébastien Juanicotena has had a flair for selection, selecting wine gems with a single credo: authenticity and commitment.

Sébastien loves his job as much as he loves the Les Halles neighborhood where he grew up. And it shows.

Initially a temple of Spanish wines (300 unique labels), the winery evolved in 2016 to incorporate organic, biodynamic, and natural French wines. The store is located opposite the market, in the former location of the mother's beauty salon. The welcome is friendly, and the advice is knowledgeable. As a result, the shop is always busy.

Today, it is a must-see place for amateurs and professionals in search of discoveries.
