Radical change of universe at Milwaukee café. Here, you enter a real " American coffee shop ". Pancakes, banoffees, brunches, burgers and nuggets… the menu is American with some French concessions! The choice of cafes is classic but nice. You are literally transported to the USA and it is this change of scenery that deserves the detour.

In Bidart, we return to the authentic Basque Country, although... Koskenia is indeed an inn, with its café, bar and traditional restaurant.
