  While the welcome is warm and the pitches are neat and tidy, after check-in, it quickly starts to feel like you've landed at a strict summer camp—but for over €40 a night. You get a sticker for your car (handy if you were still unsure about whether you had enough accessories), a wristband as if you're going to a festival where nothing is allowed, and a shower pass that allows you a total of two five-minute soaks a day. So hurry, because a relaxing shower is an Olympic sprint discipline here. After 10 p.m., literally everything is locked: showering? No. Washing? No. Washing dishes? Absolutely not. Driving in or out of the campsite? Forget it. You're stuck until the next morning—hopefully you didn't have any evening plans. One restroom building was also locked, the Wi-Fi was on its own, and there was a large group of noisy 18-year-old boys staying there who clearly didn't need a shower pass to make noise. The washing machine happily participates in the pricing policy: €6 per token, like putting your clothes through a deluxe VIP spin cycle. Personally? Not recommended. There are nicer, more relaxing, and more affordable campsites nearby where you don't feel like you're under the watchful eye of a strict but well-meaning camp regime.

  We stayed at this campsite for the first time for one night. It's an amazingly cute campsite with everything you need: showers, toilets, washrooms, a swimming pool, and water. They have a coffee shop, and you can order fresh bread the day before to pick it up at the cafeteria, which is a nice option to have. It is a quiet campsite, and we enjoyed our stay there. It is a perfect location between France and Spain. We would come back for sure. You can rent some extra items you need at the reception, like an electricity adapter. We paid €28 in July for one night. We stayed with our Tentbox rooftop tent. #travelwithtentbox 😊

  Looking for a quiet, warm place where life is good? Look no further!!!! This campsite lives up to its name. After checking in, you have to go through a passageway that tells you: "Breathe! You've arrived." The pitches are clean, the staff is friendly and do their utmost to keep the restrooms and common areas spotless (despite the incivility of some). And all this while maintaining their smiles and energy. What's more, its location is ideal for those wanting to visit this beautiful region. This was our first time at Lou P'tit Poun campsite, and we will gladly return for our next vacation. A big thank you to everyone.
