  Huge disappointment on all levels: - Pitches so small that most cars can't park, and children play in the driveways; - Tiny multi-sports field, closed at 8 p.m., so the children have no other play areas; - High density and lack of space at all levels: too many mobile homes on top of each other, not enough space/deckchairs around the pool, not enough play area; - Only one ping-pong table out of two is in working order; - Unfriendly reception staff, who know nothing about the campsite or the services or activities offered; - The pool's waterline is brown with filth (I wrote "dirty" with my fingernail near the small bridge... we'll see how long it stays that way); - The lifeguards at the aquatic area look bored to death, staying locked in their huts and not talking to anyone; - The pool robots, brooms, and other pool accessories are stored outside in the corner of the entrance to the spa area, accessible to children. There are better decor options... - Almost no entertainment, and the few that do exist are often poorly prepared (1-hour bracelet workshop, but it takes 1.5 hours to finish a bracelet, so everyone leaves with their strings and an unfinished bracelet; pétanque tournaments that last 3 hours in full sun instead of 1 hour because they were poorly designed; a trip to the mill was suggested, but the instructor never did any scouting and explored the path and the mill with you; a trip to the market was suggested in the program, but no one was there to perform it...) - Last night, a concert was advertised in the program, but in reality: a singer with her sound system... It could have been nice, but there was no one there because there were no ads on the campsite. The schedule was Saturday evening at 8:30 p.m., the day most vacationers arrive, and no campsite staff were present... It was gloomy, we were sad. for the singer who was performing but had no audience; - very young and inexperienced entertainment team (Dimo stands out); - overwhelmed snack bar: no more ham and cheese paninis on the first day of vacation, long wait times due to understaffing; - dirty snack area: the glass tables aren't cleaned in the evening, they're sticky in the morning, the closed central area of ​​the rattan high tables, which is supposed to be used to chill bottles in a stainless steel tub, serves as a trash can and is never emptied; The impression is that, a few days before the vacation rush, everything was still being adjusted and that the campsite wasn't being taken care of. It's a shame because this campsite has a lot of potential. Several of us families have made this observation. One is still staying for two weeks and was supposed to take advantage of the Sunday welcome drink to discuss all these points with the campsite staff. Let's hope the management team takes action to improve the campsite. Positive points: the mobile homes are large and new, the pizzas are decent, and the location is excellent for exploring the Basque Country. We only stayed for five days and unfortunately never met any staff to discuss these points of dissatisfaction.

  This is our second time camping, this time on Halloween, and this time with some friends in the Ainhoa ​​cottage, complete with a sauna and spa. Incredible. 10/10
