  Fabulous region and fabulous people Lovely campsite in a fabulous region in the Basque country. Lots to see and do in the region. Campsite was well maintained and plenty for all to do. Our only complaint was our pitch was in a very dark and shaded area so dark we had to use the lights during the day. Our accommodation also had no oven which meant we had to eat out a lot which was expensive. We made the most of our trip and enjoyed it very much. Staff are friendly and helpful.

  After paying so much for a holiday to be charged extra to use one of the pool facilities is ridiculous, furthermore for it to be locked during the day adds to my annoyance. Also the lifeguard in the slide pool won’t let me down the slides in my ring. I feel more safe in the ring going down the bowl slide as there is a large enough drop when you come out. If these issues would be fixed it’d be great 👍🏻 😊

  We have just spent 6 nights. The good: great slides and pools. The bad: Campsite has an overall feeling of being unclean. The cabin was dirty on arrival. Public toilets unclean and bins area unkept. Communication very poor throughout. Staff disinterested. Surprised that the pool areas are totally unsupervised - no staff or lifeguards on duty whatsoever and no traffic light system for slides. This is quite dangerous. We witnessed several near misses because too many people coming down the slides close together at high speed. Evening kids entertainment was poor. The manager in the restaurant is extremely rude to both customers and staff. It makes for quite an uncomfortable experience. Would not return.
