  In the middle of a week here, staying in a "premium" caravan. Premium basically means there's a Nespresso machine and a slimline dishwasher! Very basic. You get enough toilet roll for 1 day for a family. 1 tiny bottle of washing up liquid and a scotch pad. The caravan is TINY. Makes it rather awkward to be in there as a family of 4. Some of the parking spaces at the caravans aren't big enough for a car. The pool bar food is poor. Plus sides are the place isn't a Brit resort, so it's French language most places, with staff either speaking a little English, or none. Feels like France! The fishing lake is a bonus for those who enjoy it. Carp and brown bullhead were the most common things I caught during the week. Prices are OK on site. The kids love the pool, slides, "toilet bowl" etc, and there are a few wee animals. They're not H&S crazy like the Brits so it's quite enjoyable doing activities.

  Overall a nice campsite that is nearly there but needs better management in all areas. The site is really missing on the attention to detail. Not in the same league as other 5 star campsites across France. This is just about a 4 star site due to the brilliant waterpark facilities and sports areas but I am only giving it 3 due to the issues we faced with accommodation and other areas. There are no umbrellas by the pool. The mobile homes are filty especially the floors, this wasnt just our experience but that of other families. No sheets, towels, sun loungers, bbq on arrival due to a shortage!!?? Coffee maker with previous guests coffee in filter and jug with coffee. Lots of traffic during the night although advertised as closed to traffic from 11 to 7. Staff quarters very noisy and huge eye sore. Staff largely untrained across the site. Restaurant management amd structure really lacking and staff at reception unfriendly and unhelpful. The kids camp and activities were hardly running the first week we were there but this was not mentioned in advance when booking much to my kids disappointment, this was a real let down. The Animations team only there from 1st of July and were more interested in having fun themselves as an intimidating group rather than adding to the experience of the guests during the foam party. The shower block across road dirty is dirty with only 1 shower working, no toilets at either of the two swimming pools. No grass cut anywhere and landscaping not done. Staff parked their cars along with two broken down staff cars in residents spaces causing a lot of frustration. Life guards were excellent. Ensuring towels weren't being left holding sun loungers for hours and ensuring everyone was safe. Adults only pool in afternoons was excellent along with the indoor pool on days of bad weather. The location is fantastic, so near to Bidart and the stunning Biarritz. We won't be back as simply not good value for money against other 5 star campsites.

  Our first time here and we will definitely be back we have loved evey moment ❤️ The rooms are lovely. Everywhere is clean the kids loved the pools and water park as well as all the play areas. The pool side bar and restaurant are lovely the staff were very friendly. Our only downside was check in wasn't till 4pm and we arrived at 11am so was a long wait with tired children xx
