  Count on our team, very attentive, to make you spend the most pleasant of stays. A 3-minute walk from the Grande Plage, the air-conditioned rooms have free WIFI, a fridge on request, a courtesy tray with tea and coffee and a flat-screen TV. The private bathrooms include a hairdryer and organic welcome products.
  
  A public car park is located just 150 meters from the hotel, whose cards we offer at 12€/day.

Lovely hotel. Kind and willing to help staff. Large rooms. About five minutes away from the beach and also close to everything else so no need for bus or taxis. Would definitely recommend and would book again in the future.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We prepaid for half our reservation months in advance, which was for a guaranteed double bed room, over Bastille day this summer. First, we had to wait hours beyond the hotel’s check-in time to check in. Then, when we finally got our room, it was a single bed for two people. The manager then refused to change our room, even though we had RESERVED AND PRE-PAID, and said there was nothing to be done. We ultimately switched hotels, then when we tried to get a refund on our prepayment because they did not provide what we had reserved and PAID FOR, they refused to give us our money back and lied about what happened. They were completely dishonest and unreasonable.

Great location in Biarritz. Pretty central. Room was pleasant and aircon welcome. Bed comfy and roller blinds nice and dark. Bathroom had everything you need but incredibly tiny. Knees against the wall when on toilet! Had breakfast for €12 each. Nice bit I would have liked to choose my pastries rather than have one each preselected on our table! Couple of types of ham and some cheese out but not a lot. Felt you had to leave enough for other people. If we hadn't had a long drive that day, think we'd have been better going to one of the many cafes nearby.
