Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel et en ressortons globalement très déçus. La propreté de la chambre laissait clairement à désirer : présence de cheveux dans la salle de bain, toiles d’araignée sur les murs, vitres non nettoyées et menuiseries très sales. À cela s’ajoutent plusieurs problèmes d’entretien : poignée de porte défectueuse (elle a failli me rester dans les mains), mobilier abîmé et machine à café peu fonctionnelle. Pour un établissement affichant 4 étoiles, le niveau de prestation n’est clairement pas au rendez-vous. Nous avons signalé ces points à la réception lors de notre départ. L’accueil a été poli, mais aucune réelle prise en compte ni geste commercial n’a été proposé, ce qui est regrettable. Points positifs tout de même : l’hôtel est bien situé, à environ 150 mètres de la mer, avec des possibilités de stationnement à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est correct. En résumé, une expérience décevante au regard du standing annoncé.

A very pleasant hotel with beautiful, modern, and minimalist seaside decor. The breakfast is excellent, very generous, and made with high-quality products. The rooms are attractive, comfortable, and have excellent bedding. The bathroom is functional, with a separate toilet, which is a plus. However, the downsides of this establishment are the prices, which I find really high. The spa is quite small and doesn't offer a truly relaxing experience: it lacks a bucket of water and a ladle to fully enjoy the sauna, which is a shame. Furthermore, there are no bathrobes or slippers in the rooms, even though the hotel has a spa and an outdoor pool. Finally, considering the price of the rooms, it's disappointing not to be able to use the restaurant or even have a simple snack service in the evenings during the off-season. Despite the high prices, no compensation is offered, particularly regarding parking, which is quite disappointing. Overall, it remains a very good 3-star establishment, but the 4-star rating seems, in my opinion, a little overrated in view of the services offered.
