“Sale of farm products”

The Erreka farm raises free-range pigs, sheep and chickens in Espelette. The pork is processed into various forms of preserves and charcuterie sold in the farm shop. Possibility of ordering fresh pork (call to find out the processing dates).

The farm has a local produce shop with its own production but also various carefully selected local products:

• Basque cakes made in Espelette
• Sheep's cheese
• Espelette pepper
• Itxassou cherry jam,
• Organic flour and polenta from Espelette
• Local Basque cider
• Farm apple juice
• Local beer…

Stand at the Espelette market on Wednesday mornings and Saturday mornings in July and August.
