Bastidarra Dairy: Yogurts and Dairy Specialties from the Basque Country

Since 2011, Bastidarra Dairy has been preserving the local dairy tradition by offering yogurts, dairy products, and desserts of high quality, made from fresh milk supplied by 10 neighboring producers.

Founded by a passionate artisan and three dedicated farmers, this independent dairy welcomes you to discover its expertise and values. Come and learn the secrets behind the production of these authentic dairy products, the result of meticulous artisanal work.

Located just 15 minutes from Bayonne, the Bardos site welcomes visitors from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., by reservation.

Two tour options are available:

• Discovery tour (30 minutes, €2): an overview of the production process

• Immersive tour (45 minutes, €5): dive into the heart of the workshops to uncover all the secrets

Each visit ends with a delicious tasting of Bastidarra yogurts, dairy products, and desserts — a moment to enjoy with family or friends.

The yogurts are available for purchase at the factory shop, along with a wide selection of local and regional products: honey, jams, cheeses, biscuits, and more.
