EZTIGAR is a limited liability company formed by local variety apple producers. We grow about ten varieties of apples all from the Basque Country such as Anisa, Eri Sagara, Ondo motxa, Gordin xuria…

We produce our "Sagarno" ciders and apple juice together with our know-how and our traditions in Saint-Just-Ibarre (Oztibarre - inland Basque Country).

The transmission of our know-how to the younger generations is a major asset for the continuity of this beautiful project.

Open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except public holidays.
