    • Ciders and apple juice made from apples from the Basque Country.

      EZTIGAR is a limited liability company formed by local variety apple producers. We grow about ten varieties of apples all from the Basque Country such as Anisa, Eri Sagara, Ondo motxa, Gordin xuria…

      We produce our "Sagarno" ciders and apple juice together with our know-how and our traditions in Saint-Just-Ibarre (Oztibarre - inland Basque Country).

      The transmission of our know-how to the younger generations is a major asset for the continuity of this beautiful project.

      Open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except public holidays.
      Free guided tour of 1 hour (on reservation), tasting, sale on site.

      History of Eztigar, explanation of production with a visit to the cellars and tasting.

    Very friendly welcome, great to see this product being produced in the South, Being a Cider fan and producer myself - the only thing that let me down was the weak taste of the Cider that tasted like Perrier water

    Lovely cider and given a tasting of all their products. An interesting small run ciderie in the Pays Basque well worth a visit.

    We discovered this very nice place on the way back from the Source de la Bidouze hike. We went there to taste and buy cider. In the end, we ate there simple but very good (the sheep's milk ice cream, a delight!) and we left with boxes of cider and apple wine. The welcome from Marie and her spouse is warm, the atmosphere is friendly. The place is suitable for children with games and goats. In short recommended !!
