    • Ciders and apple juice made from apples from the Basque Country.

      EZTIGAR is a limited liability company formed by local variety apple producers. We grow about ten varieties of apples all from the Basque Country such as Anisa, Eri Sagara, Ondo motxa, Gordin xuria…

      We produce our "Sagarno" ciders and apple juice together with our know-how and our traditions in Saint-Just-Ibarre (Oztibarre - inland Basque Country).

      The transmission of our know-how to the younger generations is a major asset for the continuity of this beautiful project.

      Open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except public holidays.
      Free guided tour of 1 hour (on reservation), tasting, sale on site.

    Excellent service and delicious products, made with love. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU'RE TRAVELING WITH KIDS. Thanks to the information panels around the cider house, you learn, in an engaging way, about its history and the different types of apples they use for their cider and juices (original and delicious). Inside, you can see the process firsthand, with all the machinery. The owner, attentive and incredibly friendly, explains all the ingenious solutions she and her husband have used to run the cider house more affordably: they're true MacGyvers! The juice tasting is the perfect ending and definitely encourages you to buy several bottles, as well as various products from other local artisans. Time flies by, and the kids thoroughly enjoy what they've learned and the juice tasting. If you're in the area, don't hesitate to stop by and visit; you won't regret it! Enjoy the tasting! 😉

    A warm welcome, a tour of the winery, tastings, and an introduction to the orchard were offered by a passionate staff member. The ciders and fruit juices are excellent.
