After working in prestigious restaurants in south-east France, Flavio honed his skills at the Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz. He also took second place in the Oliver Roellinger European culinary competition, and Flavio also managed to reach the semi-finals of objectif top chef.

Paul:

Paul explored the flavors of Michelin-starred cuisine in Banyuls-sur-Mer and Andernos, then honed his skills in traditional restaurants in Occitanie and Quebec for many years.
