    We approached timidly, intrigued by this very cute van. We immediately knew it was the right place. Emma let us taste two oysters and made us a nice selection for the evening, complete with a lesson on how to open oysters and even a much-appreciated little gift 😉. Recommended experience! Thanks, Emma, we hope to have the opportunity to return! 🙂

    I had planned to have lunch by buying a pizza, but passing by Emma's food truck, "L'Huître des Gourmets" (The Gourmet Oyster), I stopped to enjoy a seafood platter with a glass of white wine. A truly delightful moment of quality. I highly recommend it.
