  I participated in a gluten-free cooking workshop in a unique setting—a true haven of peace and conviviality. We were a small group, we cooked together and tasted what we had prepared, and I left with a wealth of valuable tips on plant-based cooking. Delphine is lovely and passionate; her cooking is organic, local, and zero-waste. A wonderful experience, I highly recommend it! Thank you! 🌿

  Grâce au cadeau de mes filles j'ai eu la chance de participer à l'atelier de cuisine sans gluten proposé par Delphine qui avait lieu dans sa chouette Tiny house ! On sent bien que Delphine est à la fois experte dans son domaine mais aussi passionnée et qu'elle prend plaisir à partager ses connaissances, ses pratiques et ses petits conseils. J'ai passé un excellent moment et surtout nous avons bien mangé ! Je ne manquerai pas de parler d'elle autour de moi !

  It's a moment of sharing around a revisited Bimbimbap recipe. Thanks to our chef, everyone takes their place, peeling, chopping, slicing, seasoning, cooking, and above all, benefiting from the experience of a passionate and knowledgeable chef. I'll be back to Hum'Ami Tiny for another culinary adventure.
