  We had a wonderful time with Chef Rémy! I organized a dinner with him as part of a seminar I was planning. The evening began with a tasting workshop featuring plants and herbs he had picked himself that very morning—a fascinating introduction to the richness of flavors and the abundance that nature offers us. We then enjoyed a three-course dinner, prepared on-site and designed especially for our group. Each dish was creative, refined, and bursting with flavor. Beyond the meal itself, his kind demeanor, attentiveness, and positive energy made this experience both warm and intimate. It's a privilege to experience such a high-quality culinary experience, cooked just for us. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! We will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him for any private chef services. ✨

  We hired Rémy for a birthday present: a 4-hour private lesson on how to prepare a meal for 8 people. A professional within reach of amateurs. Rémy shared his knowledge with passion, simplicity, and generosity. We had a blast!
