A true globetrotter of taste, Dorothée, creator of Baia Cuisine, drew her inspiration from several years spent in Asia. From this journey, she brought back authentic culinary expertise that she now shares with passion. Treat yourself to an Asian cooking class and learn to master the subtle art of gyozas, crispy spring rolls, and other Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese specialties.

But Baia Cuisine 's identity is also deeply rooted in the local community. Blending tradition and modernity, participate in a Basque cooking workshop to prepare delicious pintxos or uncover the secrets of the legendary Basque cake, macarons, and pavlova. Mindful of its environmental impact, Dorothée rigorously prioritizes local and seasonal products, while adopting an eco-responsible approach focused on waste reduction.
