The Maison Oppoca restaurant, located in the heart of the village of Ainhoa, offers a menu faithful to Basque traditions, prepared with fresh, seasonal produce. The menu showcases local ingredients, selected from Basque producers renowned for the quality of their work. Among the must-try dishes are Espelette pepper (AOP), milk-fed lamb, fish from the Saint-Jean-de-Luz fish market, farm-made sheep's cheeses, artisanal charcuterie, and Banka trout. The cuisine is simple, precise, and highlights the natural flavors without artifice.

The restaurant offers several dining areas. The simply furnished interior retains the original features of this old Basque building. In fine weather, guests can enjoy the outdoor terrace, located along the main street of Ainhoa, lined with traditional half-timbered houses. This shaded and peaceful terrace is perfect for al fresco lunch or dinner in a typically Basque atmosphere, with views of the surrounding hills.

The restaurant also hosts exhibitions by artists whose works are presented on a rotating basis throughout the year.
