Coming straight from the capital, Mathilde and Benjamin arrived in Basque lands in July 2024 to take over the reins of the Biarrote institution located opposite the Midi station: the Café des Artistes.

Their will? Create a real place of sharing and exchange, to welcome you according to your desires. Breakfast formula or morning coffee, day for all of all at noon, friendly plates to be pecked throughout the day, and the volume of the music that is going to crescendo to the rhythm of the evening ... that's what awaits you If you pass the doors of our bistro.

"Chef Ben Ben" - as he likes to call himself - imagined a map to bring people around innovative recipes, which sublimate local products. All sprinkled with 10 years of experience in the crazy excitement of Parisian kitchens ...
