At Negua, the menu changes weekly to highlight local and seasonal produce. Similarly, a special menu is offered on weekends, allowing diners to discover new creations for a month. The dishes are crafted by the two chefs who work on Olatua's Rooftop during the summer, offering refined and elegant cuisine.
