    The market atmosphere is very pleasant, right inside the halls. The food is very simple and fresh, but could use a little more attention to flavor. The baby squid were cooked well, but one would expect a parsley and garlic sauce, a nice, flavorful sauce, but the dish was served without any further effort. The same goes for the Banka trout, which could benefit from a drizzle of good olive oil, or something similar. A shame!
