The Ahizpak adventure began in 2007 in Biarritz, when three sisters, driven by a love of taste and hospitality, opened their first restaurant. Their ambition: to create a friendly , refined and authentic address. In 2013, they chose Bidart, on the Basque coast, to mark a new milestone in their journey, facing the Atlantic Ocean. Ahizpak, which means sisters in the Basque language, then became a local reference, between elegance, sea view and characterful cuisine.
