This lovely restaurant, decorated in red and white, is located in Bidart. Open all year round, Le Bouchon is the kind of place we love : warm and welcoming, where people enjoy meeting up to drink, chat, exchange ideas, and savor delicious homemade local cuisine.

A traditional restaurant that celebrates regional recipes

The dishes are hearty and generous, reflecting the essence of the Basque Country, which shines through in the delicious recipes. Veal axoa, Basque sausage with Espelette pepper, hake koskera… The names alone reveal the culinary richness of this unique region, showcased by a passionate chef who carefully works with fresh, local, and seasonal produce. The festive menu is ideal for experiencing the Basque Country, with six unlimited appetizers, one main course of your choice from among the prepared specialties, two unlimited Basque cheeses, and five unlimited desserts, including the famous Basque cake and Basque koka, both delightful little sweet treats. These recipes are also available à la carte, and a children's menu allows both young and old to enjoy a delicious meal according to their appetite.

Please note: the establishment is open every evening from Wednesday to Sunday from 7pm to 10:30pm and every evening in July and August.
