  We had lunch there, it was absolutely delicious, a very refined meal, I highly recommend it.

  A real gem! Hotel Le Garage offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with superb industrial decor that gives the place a lot of character. The staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The room is perfectly equipped, the bedding is high-end and extremely comfortable. In short, pure bliss from beginning to end. I highly recommend it!

  As frequent visitors to Biarritz, this was our first time staying at this hotel. We had booked a cozy room and were upgraded to a cozy room with a terrace (even though it wasn't the right time of year and we are non-smokers), so the experience started off very well. However, what a disappointment the next morning at breakfast... a buffet with few choices and mostly processed products (except for the granola, which was labeled homemade). We ordered scrambled eggs, which, judging by their appearance and color, looked like powdered/industrial eggs. At check-out, we paid for the room (€242) + parking (€20) + tourist tax... and then asked how the eggs were prepared. The two young women at reception seemed very embarrassed and finally told us that they were processed and "we're sorry." We expressed our dissatisfaction, as they never once asked us if our stay was satisfactory. I find it shameful for a 4-star hotel to serve such a pre-packaged breakfast and to display such a lack of professionalism from the reception staff. Furthermore, at this price, we would have appreciated some kind of gesture from you, given that breakfast is included in the room rate and is, in our opinion, a very important part of a hotel stay. This will therefore be our first and last time.
