This establishment, run by the Massonde family for 5 generations, has not aged a bit and has always been able to adapt to modern requirements without losing its authentic and family soul. Bernadette and her daughters "Maika and Mirentxu" will warmly welcome you every day in their beautiful air-conditioned rooms or on the terrace to enjoy the green hills.
The local formula composed of local dishes is offered for lunch and dinner at €17, €19 and €23. You will discover crispy pig's trotters, goat's cheese on gingerbread, Basquaise chipirons, trout steak, suckling lamb from the Basque country, omelettes with porcini mushrooms, beef chuck with chocolate fondant, French toast style brioche, fresh pineapple, white chocolate and shortbread...
On the menu, the chef offers foie gras terrine, lamb sweetbread puff pastry, duck breast with honey, trout with piquillos, parsley eels, chocolate fondant, apple pie etc…
