This establishment, run by the Massonde family for 5 generations, has not aged a bit and has always been able to adapt to modern requirements without losing its authentic and family soul. Bernadette and her daughters "Maika and Mirentxu" will warmly welcome you every day in their beautiful air-conditioned rooms or on the terrace to enjoy the green hills.

The regional formula composed of local dishes is offered for lunch and dinner at 16€, 17€ and 22€, You will discover the farm soup, the pork terrine with Espelette pepper, the veal axoa, the piperade or the chicken basquaise, sheep cheese, basque cake…

On the menu, the chef offers terrine of foie gras, puff pastry of lamb sweetbreads, duck breast with honey, trout with piquillos, eels with parsley, chocolate fondant, apple pie, etc.
