  What an amazing 8 course tour of freshness, enhanced with some chef fermented and cured ingredients. Everything is meticulously made and sourced from the daily market, local farmers, or in the region. Surprises can include local yuzu, elderflower, or even Szechuan spices. The wine selection includes natural, organic, and sustainable selections, including women winemakers. Chef Luke is from Australia but settled in France. Must eat, must experience, must immerse, must admire!

  What a find. There is no published menu. It is left to Luke to surprise you, and so he does. Each course was sublime produced using a combination of his skill and top quality ingredients. You need to book!

  Absolutely delightful lunch place. We had the menu of the day, featuring liver. It was incredible. The chef bakes his own sourdough bread every day, and it is to die for. The house wine is also great. Can’t wait to go back!
