Capbourrut Ustaritz Local and seasonal cuisine, as close as possible to their producers in Ustaritz

After 7 weeks of renovation, the former Labourd d'Ustaritz relay has had a facelift and is reopening its doors under the name KBourrut, "stubborn" in Gascon.

Romain, in the kitchen, is also the new owner of the establishment. He has created a refined cuisine, flirting with the excellence of French gastronomy. Lisa, his partner, has followed him in this lovely adventure, but you will find her by his side, in pastry!

Both are keen to welcome you to this pretty setting of stone and exposed beams, which they wanted to be simple but welcoming.
You will discover local products and a menu that changes with the seasons.
