- After 7 weeks of renovation, the former Labourd d'Ustaritz relay has had a facelift and is reopening its doors under the name KBourrut, meaning "stubborn" in Gascon.
  Romain, in the kitchen, is also the new owner of the establishment. He has created a refined cuisine, flirting with the excellence of French gastronomy. Lisa, his partner, followed him in this lovely adventure, but you will find her at his side, in pastry!
  
  Both are keen to welcome you to this pretty setting of stone and exposed beams, which they wanted to be simple but welcoming.
  You will discover local products and a menu that changes with the seasons.

Dîner entre amis au restaurant Capbourrut à Ustaritz, et quelle magnifique soirée ! Cela faisait bien longtemps que je n’avais pas vu un service en salle aussi attentionné, une cuisine aussi savoureuse et des assiettes aussi soignées. Chaque plat était un vrai plaisir pour les papilles et pour les yeux. On sent la passion et l'exigence derrière chaque création — une équipe de chefs inspirés, ça se ressent immédiatement. Une expérience sans fausse note du début à la fin. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
