- The Italian restaurant La Lucciola is a haven of peace in the heart of the chamber of love in Anglet (64). The cuisine offered, with Italian specialties (Milanese and Roman veal cutlet…), is varied and the welcome is extremely warm. This restaurant is a must try if you need some very good seafood and pizza. My alterations to the pizza was done perfectly and the squid with pasta was superb. The restaurant is just across from the ocean and has a fantastic view at night. The staff was very attentive and made sure all needs were met. The prices is extremely fair and maybe even to cheap for the quality of the food and service. Going back for a second time in a week

The owner is very rude. The pizza is ok but all the other dishes are very ordinary- we could not eat them. In particular, as other reviews have commented, the fried shrimp is a disgrace.
