  Miguel was always attentive to our needs and responded quickly to all our requests. The e-bikes performed excellently, 10/10!!! I must also highlight how Miguel and his staff adapted to our delivery and return schedules. Highly recommended!!! It was a real success to deal with Enkarterri.

  Amazing bike rental experience in Bilbao! As a New Yorker visiting Bilbao, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to explore the city than by bike and this rental shop made it absolutely perfect. The booking process was super easy, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. They gave me great tips on bike routes, local spots to check out, and how to get around safely. The bike itself was in top condition — smooth ride, comfortable, and clearly well maintained. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bilbao and looking to explore like a local!

  I booked bikes a week before my trip and had a great experience. Miguel was wonderful to work with! We arranged pick up and drop off at the place I stayed. The bikes were quality and the process went smoothly. I highly recommend renting from Enkarterri Bikes.
