  Miguel and his team were extremely helpful from the very first communication. They have everything you could need and offered delivery and pickup of the bicicyles which made things very easy to plan. They have all the accessories you could need as well, you just have to ask them! I would recommend this place to anyone.

  Excellent service. The bikes are up-to-date and top-quality. The customer service was fabulous. Miguel was attentive at all times and his kindness was truly remarkable. As a cyclist, I felt like I was being treated like a training partner. Everything was easy and handled professionally. He was always available. We did the Bilbao-Bilbao Classic and it was an experience we'd love to repeat. We will definitely be back, and of course, with Enkarterri Bike.
