  We rented the bikes for a month. We covered over 1,000 km and didn't encounter any problems. The welcome at the store was great. All the explanations about how the bikes and motors work were perfect. The manager of the Hendaye store really loves his job; it shows, and we're making the most of it! He adapted the bike model to our project. He even lent us a tool kit and accessories for our long journey. We recommend Joe Bike 👍

  I came today for a minor problem with my bike at the start of my Velodyssée (French Eurovélo 1), and he solved my problem to save my life! Friendly and very professional service. Thank you!

  With a half-hour delay for opening, we took two electric VTCs. Despite a small intermittent noise on one of the two bikes, everything went well. Being the only electric bike rental company in the area, I therefore recommend it.
