  Absolutely avoid this place!!!! From the very beginning, the atmosphere between the bouncer and the customers was incredibly cold. We were told to pay but not to be in the way of arriving customers, not to be in the stairwell leading to the room, and not to stand in front of the cash register to pay. In short, there were seven of us, and we had to be invisible so as not to bother anyone. The atmosphere started incredibly late, at 2:00 AM. We bought two bottles to be in the walkway and were jostled all evening. We knew that two bottles weren't enough to be in a designated area, but to be put in the walkway... That's not cool! Continuing with the rest of the evening, being in the walkway, we were constantly jostled. A man in a black t-shirt pushed my friend, who almost fell, and she turned around, raising her arm. This man "thought" that my friend was going to hit him, and he grabbed her arm tightly, trying to escort her outside. We didn't understand who this person was until the man in the black t-shirt remembered he was a bouncer and that it would have been nice to announce his position from the start. The bouncer forcibly pulled my girlfriend out. We had already explained the situation to him, that it was one push too many. I explained to him that it was my bachelorette party and that I was sorry about the situation, that we apologized, and he replied that he "didn't give a damn and that my friend should go clear her head outside." Our group of seven girls then found themselves in front of the club, supposedly to get some fresh air for 15 minutes (like children, it was a punishment). A bouncer approached us and mentioned that she had a solution for us, inviting us to the nightclub next door (supposedly a club more suited to our age group (35-40), although the average age of our group was 25). I myself was pushed quite hard by a bouncer, and I told her she could have been more careful. She turned around, told me she was a bouncer, and gestured for me to close my mouth with her hands. So, APPARENTLY, in this club, under the pretext that we're bouncers, we can push customers around. I'm trying to get hired at this club so that next time I can push anyone and think I'm above everyone else, just like the bouncers! In short, RUN AWAY!!!!

  A truly awful experience at this establishment. After ordering a bottle, I asked the waitress upstairs to hold it for me while I went downstairs to smoke with my friends. When I came back upstairs, I realized the bottle was gone. After asking the bar staff upstairs for an explanation, they told me it was our responsibility to keep our bottles safe, even though I'd been told 20 minutes earlier that they could keep an eye on it. Anyway. The welcome was terrible, and the service throughout this club is truly awful. If you have the chance to enjoy your evening at another club in Biarritz, don't hesitate, and above all, avoid Carré Coast!
