  Equipment breakdowns are becoming increasingly frequent, which is deplorable, especially since we aren't warned about them upon arrival. Out of courtesy to customers, the least they could do is report malfunctions at reception and on the website. Instead, once you're in the pool, you discover that half (or more) of the jets and bubbles aren't working! When you report it, no compensation is offered; you still pay full price. I'm very disappointed and will not be renewing my membership.

  I have been a loyal customer since 2022. I was delighted with this small spa; it was excellent value for money, pleasant, and functional, and I recommended it to my friends and family. I also regularly bought gift cards for them. Year after year, I am disappointed. The price keeps increasing, and the spa is becoming more and more faulty: recurring breakdowns, the water in the pool is barely warm, and there is no information about this on the website or at the entrance, nor any compensation offered. I will no longer renew my membership, recommend it, or give gift cards.

  My wife and I really enjoy coming here to relax; it's a lovely place.
