      A true haven of peace, the Guerlain Imperial Spa spans 3,000 square meters and five floors, offering a unique experience where luxury and serenity intertwine.     Un accueil exceptionnel, comme on en voit rarement ailleurs : attentionné, élégant, sincèrement bienveillant. Dès notre arrivée, tout est fluide, naturel, et profondément agréable. Le cadre est tout simplement sublime, le temps s’y prêtait parfaitement et rendait le lieu encore plus magique. Le décor, la vue, l’atmosphère… tout invite à la contemplation et au lâcher-prise. Un check-in bien en avance, puis un late check-out proposé spontanément, sans même que nous ayons à le demander : quel bonheur, quel sens du service. Nous resterions des jours et des jours si nous le pouvions… et une chose est certaine : nous reviendrons. Bravo aux équipes, bravo à tous, pour cette excellence rare et cette expérience inoubliable.     A truly remarkable stay. Service was impeccable, breakfast was a treat. The staff are so pleasant and welcoming. We will definitely return!
