  So hello, I am Pierre-Olivier Miau , practitioner in therapeutic and relaxing massages. I accompany each person to find more lightness and serenity on a daily basis by using massage as a tool.
  
  I welcome you to my office located in Bidart, near Saint-Jean-de-Luz, to offer you two types of services:
  AN ENERGY MASSAGE OF THE FASCIAS
  It is a UNIQUE and POWERFUL treatment, a mixture of acupressure and massage points, which aims to untie your emotional knots present in your body and more precisely in your fascias, these thin membranes which surround your organs, your muscles. , your blood vessels or your nerves. This massage is therefore rather qualified as "therapeutic". It will allow you to find lightness and vitality in your life.

  What are fascias? It is an organ in its own right. They are a membrane that surrounds and connects all the structures of your body. They look like a vast spider's web that surrounds every organ, every muscle, every bone, every nerve, every blood vessel and fits into it. They are made up of connective tissue, which is rich in collagen and water. Over time, your fascias will stiffen following your various physical and emotional traumas. These tissue tensions will have an impact on your physical, emotional and mental health. The mobility of your fascias contributes to the proper circulation of bodily fluids such as blood or lymph.
  
  Your daily health therefore depends on the good mobility of your fascias.
  A RELAXING AND ENVELOPING MASSAGE
  I offer you a moment filled with sweetness and kindness accompanied by bewitching music. It's about releasing muscle tension, reducing your stress and balancing your feminine and masculine energies. A real moment of relaxation and letting go! A session lasts on average 2 hours for the therapeutic massage and 1 hour for the relaxing massage.

I have already been massaged several times by Pierre-Olivier. He takes the time to welcome his patients to better understand their needs and expectations. He adapts his massages accordingly. Their quality and the well-being they gave me led me to go further by requesting a fascia massage to release energy blockages. I highly recommend his care.

An incredible experience, it was the first time I came and it won't be the last. Pierre-Olivier is a very human person, attentive and endowed with a real gift. The well-being and sensations are surprising during and at the end of the massage. But beyond the massage we feel that it is more of a real treatment. I recommend +++
