Bihotzaren Communauté Share moments of solidarity and well-being in the Basque Country

Bihotzaren Community is a friendly association which brings together people from all walks of life around essential values: solidarity, sharing, mutual aid and social ties.
The association promotes the transmission of know-how, skills and life experiences through varied and intergenerational activities.

It offers throughout the year:

• creative workshops (arts, creative hobbies, manual activities, sensory workshops)
• computer workshops to learn how to use computers, the Internet, digital and office tools
• wellness activities (relaxation, meditation, treatments, massage, service exchange)
• friendly gatherings : evenings of exchange, group games, group walks, karaoke, intergenerational activities
• solidarity fairs "one treatment = one exchange", whose contributions are donated to charities to help families in need

Thanks to these initiatives, Bihotzaren Community contributes to personal development, the fight against isolation, the discovery of new practices and the promotion of local talents.

The association is a true space for sharing, learning, well-being and solidarity serving the community.
