Bihotzaren Communauté Share moments of solidarity and well-being in the Basque Country

Bihotzaren Communauté is a friendly association that brings together people from all walks of life around essential values: solidarity, sharing, mutual support and social connection.
The association promotes the transmission of know-how, skills and life experiences through varied and intergenerational activities.

It offers the following throughout the year:

• creative workshops (arts, creative hobbies, crafts, sensory workshops)
• computer workshops to learn how to use the computer, the Internet, digital and office tools
• wellness activities (relaxation, meditation, treatments, massage, service exchange)
• friendly gatherings : evenings of discussion, group games, group walks, karaoke, intergenerational activities
• solidarity fairs "one treatment = one exchange", whose contributions are donated to charities to help families in need

Through these initiatives, Bihotzaren Community contributes to personal development, the fight against isolation, the discovery of new practices and the promotion of local talents.

The association is a true space for sharing, learning, well-being and solidarity in service to the community.
